How do I reset my password?
Click on the “Reset password” link located on the Sign In page, and following the instructions provided.
Will I receive a receipt of my gift(s) to use for tax reporting?
Yes, per IRS requirements, a written acknowledgement will be delivered by email at the time of each gift. Please retain this acknowledgement for your tax reporting purposes. No year-end summary will be provided.
I think I may have made an error when I submitted my gift (wrong amount, gave to the wrong fund). What do I do now?

I can’t get the donation form to submit. Why?
Please scroll to the top of the donation form to view the available error message. The most common form errors occur due to blank fields and incorrect billing address information. Please ensure that all fields have been completed and that the address entered matches the billing address for your payment account. For security purposes, the address must be entered exactly as it is listed with your bank or Credit Card Company (the form will not accept “123 Main” in place of a billing address of “123 Main Street.”) If you continue to experience issues, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org for the quickest help, or call (800) 858-6127 ext. 8928.
What are the fees for giving online?
There are no additional fees for you as the donor. However, an administrative fee of 1% will be deducted from your gift before it is delivered to the receiving church or ministry. This one-time fee is for the reasonable and customary costs of operation of the Presbyterian Mission Exchange. Gifts made using a credit or debit card will be assessed an additional fee of 2.598%+$0.26 (deducted by our card processing vendor). Your full donation, which includes the fees, is tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
How do I change a recurring donation?
The current level of security in the Presbyterian Exchange requires all change requests be made by email (all changes are made by them right now). You will receive a confirmation email when your changes are updated. This normally happens within ONE business day.
From the email account you have listed on your current recurring donation, send your request to: email@example.com
State your current recurring conditions (amount, frequency)
State your desired conditions (amount, frequency, AND effective date to begin)
If you wanted to change form of payment, say from bank draft to credit card for example, you would need to send a email to the same address above and cancel your current donation, then establish a new recurring donation with the new financial source.
